We have been made aware that individuals are contacting people by phone, selling a "business opportunity" and using our name as the company behind it.

This is false. Z9 Digital does not sell business opportunities, franchises, work-from-home programs, or investment offers of any kind. We do not solicit private individuals for business, and we have no relationship with the people making these calls.

If you were contacted

• Do not send money or share financial or personal information.
• Keep any records you have (caller phone number, names used, payment requests, emails).
• Report it to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov and to your state attorney general.
• If you already paid, contact your bank or card issuer about disputing the charge.

We have already reported the activity to law enforcement.

We cannot refund or investigate payments made to third parties.

Z9 Digital is a custom web application development firm. Our only business is building software for clients.
